Call for Paper

All researchers, academicians, and professionals are invited to submit original, unpublished research papers aligned with the conference themes, ensuring that the work is not submitted or under review elsewhere. Each submission will undergo a rigorous peer-review process, evaluated on the basis of novelty, technical depth, research quality, and overall contribution to the field. Full-length papers must be prepared strictly in the prescribed format (template attached) and submitted through the official conference website as per the guidelines available at https://www.icammts.com.

Submission Guidelines

International Conference on Advanced Materials, Manufacturing, and Thermo-fluid Systems (ICAMMTS-2026) adheres to maintaining high-quality standards of publication ethics and scholarly excellence. Authors submitting to this conference are expected to comply with the following submission, formatting, and ethical guidelines:

 1. Manuscript Preparation

  • Template: All papers must be prepared strictly using the official template. Download Template Here
  • File Format: Submissions must be in .doc or .docx and .pdf format. Final camera-ready versions will also be required in the same format.

 2. Figures, Tables, and Equations

  • Figures: All figures must be of high resolution (minimum 300 dpi) to ensure clarity in print and digital formats.
  • Equations: Equations must be editable, not pasted as images.
  • Tables & Captions: Tables should be properly formatted with concise and descriptive captions.

 3. Citations and References

  • References must strictly follow the numbers citation such as [1], [5-6] and APA reference style.
  • Only relevant and credible sources should be cited. Excessive or irrelevant citations will not be accepted.

 4. Originality and Publication Ethics

  • Original Work: Papers must be original, unpublished, and not under review elsewhere.
  • Plagiarism: A similarity index above 10% will lead to rejection.
  • AI Content: The use of AI-generated text or figures is strictly prohibited.
  • Data Integrity: Authors are fully responsible for the accuracy and reliability of all data, results, and conclusions. Fabrication, falsification, or manipulation of data constitutes malpractice.

 5. Authorship and Contributions

  • Only individuals who made substantial contributions to the research should be listed as authors.
  • All co-authors must approve the submission.
  • Adding non-contributors as authors is unethical and will not be tolerated.

 6. Peer Review Process

  • All manuscripts will undergo a rigorous peer-review process to evaluate originality, technical depth, and relevance.
  • At least one author of each accepted paper must register and present the paper at the conference.

7. Multiple or Duplicate Submissions

  • Submitting the same manuscript to more than one conference, journal, or publication outlet at the same time is strictly prohibited.

8. Conflict of Interest

  • Authors must declare any financial or personal conflicts of interest that could influence the interpretation or reporting of results.

 9. Copyright and Publication

  • Upon acceptance, authors will be required to sign the official copyright form.
  • All accepted and presented papers will be recommended for publication in in Conference proceedings with ISBN number, special/regular issues of Web of Science & Scopus-indexed journals, and Book Chapters.

Steps for Submission of Papers

Submissions must be made exclusively through the official online submission portal (link to be provided on the conference website).

  • Step-1: Authors are requested to first submit an Abstract in the prescribed format/template (Abstract Format) using the following submission link. (Submit Here)
  • Step-2: After the acceptance of abstract from the initial screening, proceeded for registration and submission of full-length paper.
