Noida Institute of Engineering and Technology (NIET), Greater Noida is one of the leading institutions for Engineering, Management, and Pharmacy education in India’s National Capital Region (NCR). Established in 2001, the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Noida Institute of Engineering and Technology (NIET), Greater Noida, is one of the oldest and most leading engineering departments department of the institute. Over the years, it has earned a reputation for academic excellence, research innovation, and strong industry connect.

The department offers a diverse range of programs, including:

  1. B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering
  2. B.Tech. (Working Professionals) in Mechanical Engineering
  3. M.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering
  4. M.Tech. (Working Professionals) in Mechanical Engineering
  5. Advanced Diploma in Automotive Mechatronics (ADAM)
  6. Minor degree/specialization in E-mobility

The curriculum provides a strong foundation in design, thermal engineering, manufacturing, and Industry 4.0, blending theoretical knowledge with practical, hands-on experience.   • Robotics Lab
  • 3D Printing & Reverse Engineering Lab
  • Smart Manufacturing Lab
  • Idea Lab (in collaboration with AICTE)

About the Department of Mechanical Engineering

The 1st International Conference on Advanced Materials, Manufacturing, & Thermo-fluid Systems (ICAMMTS-2026) is going to be hosted by the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Noida Institute of Engineering and Technology (NIET), Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India on March 27-28, 2026. This flagship event is envisioned as a global forum to showcase the latest advances in engineering and technology, while fostering collaboration among universities, research organizations, and industries at both national and international levels.

The conference will feature:
